Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 428 cases made.
Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of cherries, strawberries, liquorice, and fresh tobacco. The natural acidity carries the fruit from the beginning through the mid palate to the end. The palate and mouthfeel are balanced, with a long finish.

Hand harvested, sorted, destemmed and crushed. Inoculated with Burgundy yeasts. Fermentation and maceration for eighteen days. Barrel aged for 17 months in 100% french oak (50% new) until bouquet and flavors reached full balance. Bottle unfined and unfiltered on March 10th 2006. 262 cases made.
Winemaker tasting notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of strawberries, fresh tobacco, herbs, and raspberries. The palate is creamy, juicy, and mineral, with a bit of roasted coffee. The wine has a great balance.

Bottled unfined on August 10, 2005. 294 cases made.
Winemaker Tasting Notes:
This wine shows intense aromatics of tropical fruits, pineapple, and citris peel, along with apples. This wine has a great balance between vibrancy and creaminess. The mid palate is highlighted with coconut and green tea. The finish is supported with a great acidity in balance with the fruit and oak.
